1. Your Right to Return

Under UK and EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right to return from the date you receive your package. This applies to unopened, unused products in original condition.

2. Conditions for Return

You can return Rivova Energy Complex if:

  • The package is unopened and unused
  • The product is in original, resaleable condition
  • All original packaging and documentation are included
  • You return it within 14 days of receipt

Food Safety Note: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used supplements, even within the 14-day window.

3. What Is Not Returnable

  • Opened or unsealed packages
  • Used or partially used products
  • Products showing signs of use or tampering
  • Items without original packaging

4. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. We will provide return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in original packaging
  5. Include a copy of your order confirmation in the parcel

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item sent or defective product). We will reimburse return postage in these cases.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will verify the product condition within 5 working days
  • If approved, we will process a full refund of the product price
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (cash payment via courier)
  • You may receive a cheque or bank transfer depending on circumstances
  • Refunds typically appear within 14 working days

7. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund with no questions asked. Simply contact us as soon as possible.

8. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to accept your package when it arrives:

  • The courier will return the package to us
  • We will process a full refund once we receive the unopened package
  • Return shipping costs may apply

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

10. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Changed mind (after opening product - unopened product returns are accepted)
  • Freight costs for refused deliveries in some circumstances
  • Products in non-resaleable condition
